Credits are an internal balance stored in your account. One credit is priced at one US dollar. You spend them inside this platform (and any partner apps we integrate) to unlock features. Nothing more, nothing less.
No. Credits are not on a blockchain, not transferable to other users, not tradeable on any exchange, and not an investment. They are prepaid platform usage — the same idea as arcade tokens or a Starbucks Stars balance.
No. Purchases are final. Credits do not convert back into US dollars, crypto, or anything else. If you don't plan to use the platform, don't buy credits.
Card and PayPal transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal respectively. We never see your card number. Funds settle directly to our bank via Stripe's payout schedule.
It's an internal bookkeeping line — 1% of every purchase is set aside in our accounting for platform operations. It's NOT charged on top of the price you pay; the price shown is the price you pay.
